Cartmel Fell is a detached area associated with Cartmel near Cark. It is a sublimely beautiful part of the Lake District. Its main historical feature is Cartmel Fell Church (St Anthony) which has its origins around 1505. It has a 17th century, three-decker pulpit, as well as other features including early stained glass.
It is an important wildlife area with extensive local woodland.
